DELIVERY TERMS

Romania: 3-5 working days after placing the order.

European Union: 5 – 9 working days after placing the order.

International: 7 – 12 working days after placing the order.

In the case of made-to-order items, the delivery time is established depending on the complexity of the products and is communicated to the customer.

In certain circumstances: legal holidays, unfavorable weather conditions, technical problems independent of the company, etc., the delivery time of the products may be extended. In this case, the client will be notified.

Due to the schedule of courier companies, no shipments are made on weekends. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday. Before receiving the package, you will be contacted by phone by the courier to confirm your presence at the delivery address.

ROMANIA DELIVERY

The products ordered on the website www.AriaMargo.com are delivered on the Romanian territory through the courier services of Cargus S.A. to the customer’s address. We do not work with the Romanian Post.

Payment for products can be made by 3 methods:

– PayPal

– Debit / Credit Card

– Cash on delivery

We offer free shipping for orders over 85 Euro.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

Aria Margo delivers internationally, with the help of the courier company DHL Express. Orders can be paid via PayPal or online by bank card. No cash on delivery is available upon delivery.

Attention: if the courier does not find anyone at the destination and fails to deliver the package, the order will be returned to us. To try another shipment the recipient agrees to pay for both shipments.

Note: We reserve the right not to deliver orders made by persons who have made more than 2 returns in the last 12 months.
