Any eventual litigation in connection with this site is within the competence of the common law courts in Romania.

After completing the registration form, the user has an account for using the services. The user is entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password associated with the access to the services www.AriaMargo.ro, conditioned by login.

The user is fully responsible for all information that is made public in his account. In case of unauthorized access to the account by third parties, AriaMargo does not assume any responsibility for the consequences that may occur.

At the explicit request of the user addressed to contact@AriaMargo.com, AriaMargo undertakes to rectify, update, block, delete or transform into anonymous data and to stop processing the user’s personal data, free of charge, personal data according to the provisions of Law no. 677/2001 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data.

AriaMargo undertakes not to make public the users’ e-mail address and not to disclose it to a third party, unless it is expressly agreed between the partners, unless this is necessary to comply with the law and / or or court proceedings.

AriaMargo is not responsible for attacks aimed at theft or vandalism and which could lead to the disclosure or compromise of data.

AriaMargo does not assume any responsibility for the situations in which the user publishes his address or any other personal data, on his own initiative, in a public message, on any of the AriaMargo pages.

Upon registration, users can choose the username and password. Users agree to never lend the password to another user, for their own protection and for the validity of the information transmitted. Also, agree to never use another member’s password to post messages.

www.AriaMargo.ro uses “cookies” to identify users. They do not contain any personal data of the user and do not present a risk if they are intercepted by third parties. If your browser is configured not to support them, some pages may not work partially or completely.

AriaMargo reserves the right to modify, revise, complete these rules at any time. Any change will be made public on this page and will take effect from the moment it is posted on the site.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURN OF PRODUCTS

According to the provisions of OUG 34/2014 on consumer protection when concluding and executing distance contracts: “The consumer has the right to notify the trader in writing that he renounces the purchase, without penalties and without invoking a reason, within 14 working days of receiving his product , in the case of services, from the conclusion of the contract ”.

The direct costs of returning the products are borne by the buyer. He will not pay for the transport if he receives a product with a manufacturing defect or a wrong product, and the return will be organized by AriaMargo.

To exercise the right to unilaterally terminate the contract, you must contact us at retur@ariamargo.com with the following information: Name, order number, order date, ordered product, the reason for the return and the bank account in which you want the transfer to be made.

If you want to change the product with another color / size / model, please contact us in advance by email at contact@ariamargo.com where you will specify very clearly the name, order number and the product you want to exchange. You can choose a different model from the one initially ordered, with the payment of any price differences by you or their refund by us.

The product you want to change must be sent to us by a courier requested by you (except for the Romanian Post).

Any product you return must not be worn or damaged. The product must be accompanied by all original labels and packaging (law 249/2015, art. 16 (8)). Please use a protective package for shipment, if possible the original one. The product is not received if it is scratched, damaged, if it does not have the labels intact or if it is missing from the accessories. Worn products with traces of wear are not accepted as a return.

If you do not want to change the product, but it is a simple return, we will return the value of the returned product by bank transfer to the IBAN account specified by you in the e-mail sent with your request. The refund period of the value of the returned product will be made in maximum 14 calendar days from when the returned product arrived at the address specified above.

We do not receive returned packages with cash on delivery. We only receive parcels for product exchange or return whose transport payment was made by the shipper (customer).

Made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged.
